In this episode, the town loses its voices. The theme of this was: you start communicating when you start talking. The great thing about this show is that it was known for its writing and they do an episode with almost no words! Amazing! Oh, yeah. The bad guys are wicked evil and scary!
Notable Quotes (?) (The best lines in this one are the actions.)

Spike: "Oh, we're not your friends; go on."
Giles: "I have a friend who's coming to town, and I'd like us to be alone."
Anya: "Oh, you mean an orgasm friend?"
Giles: "Yes, that's exactly the most appalling thing you could've said."
