Most spooky, sobering Buffy episode EVER - as we realise the reality where Buffy is a loon in a straitjacket is as real as Doppelgangland, or Sunnydale-reality. And maybe more so...
Justine Larbalestier was right - they should have ended Buffy right there - making it the darkest, most unnerving TV ever.

Ok. I'm a little scared of your photo...
But I will defend my decision not to put this one on the top ten... specifically because it was too dark. This was a really UNNERVING episode. It was like reading about Descarte and his evil demon and the skepticism that comes with it. It was extremely well exectuted. It was thought provoking. In the end, it was too dark to make MY top ten.
